Because all items are made to order, returns are generally not accepted if the item is decorated with a logo, name or number. Items that are not 100% free from defects in materials and/or decoration will be accepted for return or refund.
To handle your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of any defects.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will send you a return address separately.
Once we've had time to receive and take a look at your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
